Here are some examples of cases filed over the use of brand .XXX domain names:

-       Twentieth Century Fox submitted a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum,over the domain name FoxStudios.xxx,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name

-       Richard Branson has filed an arbitration case with National Arbitration Forum over the domain name RichardBranson.xxx.

-       HemNet filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitraiton and Meditaion Center,over the domain name Hemnet.xxx

-       Sterling Jewelers submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over KayJewelers.xxx .
