Nicole Richie filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center on March 14,  asserting legal rights over the domain names nicolerichiefragrance.com and nicolerichieperfume.com .  The actress owns many trademark registrations for the Nicole Richie brand and therefore, she proved that the domain names are confusingly similar to her trademark.
